Biografía
Dr. Vikas Ghai is a board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist at Adventist Health AIS Cancer Center in Bakersfield.
Before joining Adventist Health, he served as an assistant professor at Penn State’s Hershey Medical Center. Over his career, Dr. Ghai has published many articles and abstracts on breast cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, melanoma, and other malignancies.
Inspired by his grandmother’s battle with breast cancer, he is dedicated to advancing compassionate, patient-centered cancer care.
His clinical expertise includes hematologic disorders, lung and breast cancers, and hematologic malignancies such as leukemia and lymphoma. Dr. Ghai is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Dr. Ghai is always on time. He does not treat you like he's in a hurry. Takes time to explain and lets you ask questions.
