Dr. Silva knew had very poor hearing and enunciated and slowed down the speed of his words and graciously repeated if I missed parts. And he looked at me so I could see him form the words. He answered all my questions as a teacher would, giving appropriate information besides just the bare facts. Excellent experience! Compassionate man and doctor.
