Dr. Hayes is an imminently qualified professional. She genuinely cares for the wellbeing of her patients.

Dr. Tana treated me like a person. A lot of doctors are robots. I felt like I was getting honest answers. She was interested in me and we communicated on a high level I'm not used to that from the medical profession. She is a 5 out of 5.

She refused any attempt to address concerns that did not relate to A1C. Reminded me twice that I was late to my appointment. Although I tried to be on time, I apologize twice.

I liked how she looked back at previous test and scans to help figure out what was going on.

She took a phone call during my exam. She left the room. Then I had to remind her that my loss of appetite and weight loss is concerning me. She asked if I had a CT scan and said it could be cancer. Without no labs and no real data ti support a diagnosis of cancer is alarming.

Dr Hayes is a great listener, doesn't push anything on me and gives me the over all picture

Communication was disjointed and I left not knowing what follow up I needed in reference to HBP.

I've never had a doctor call me at home with test results. I'm impressed by how caring Dr. Hayes is, so knowledgeable and able to quickly assess issues and schedule needed treatment.

Dr Hayes listened carefully to my answers to her questions.

Dr Hayes does not listen extremely well and she will mention some form of treatment but will not follow through or suggests to me that we should try such and such first and if that tests is negative then we will try x, y, then z. She mentioned a sleep study and Cat scan but did not tell me when or at least that they will contact me to set up an appointment. And then also the costs for each, etc

My visit with Dr. Hayes was to establish a new medication. We discussed the new medication, and I asked her to also follow up with a current medication. In addition, I mentioned I had a knee injury and would schedule another appointment to discuss. She, however, stated that it was important to determine the pain and follow ups so we continued the appointment beyond the scheduled. She took the time to examine my knee, go to speak to another staff person and was able to get me an immediate appointment to check my knee. This type of care, in my opinion, goes above and beyond what I have experienced with other PCPs.

Provider acts like there is no way to help me, will not perscribe or look for medication alternatives that my insurence will cover

Dr. Hayes seems to be way to busy and some times it feels like she doesn't have enough time for good conversation!
