Biografía
Dr. Svetlana Taycher is a board-certified family medicine physician. She values the patient-physician relationship and the rewarding feeling of helping others. She practices a whole-body approach and enjoys providing comprehensive medical treatment to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Dr. Taycher has a special interest in preventative medicine, women’s health and complex disease management.
“I value a patient-centered approach: providing care that is respectful of — and responsive to — individual patient preferences, needs and values,” she says.
After receiving her medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Taycher completed her residency at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver. She also holds a medical degree from the State Medical Institute in Ukraine.
In her spare time, Dr. Taycher enjoys cooking from fresh local ingredients, hiking and exploring in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

As USUAL, MD DO Svetlana Taycher is a superior MD. Knowing/ interacting with her for 20 years means she is aware of my medical history and only prescribes necessary meds needed in doses I can utilize successfully. Any time I have a concern, I am able to access help from her.

Dr Taycher and her assistant Lori are very responsible and kind. They not only take care of my medical needs, but also patiently deal with my "wayward moods" triggered by my swift aging. One day I'll have to say Bye to them (for English is my second language ), I will sure miss them.
