Stephanie Dewes was very informative. The educational experience as relates to my sleep is valuable to me.

She is awesome. She takes time answering my questions and suggests positive alternatives. She really has my best sleep in mind and my sleep numbers have improved with continued use of CPAP.

Stephanie was both professional and friendly, and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

We didn't review the durable medical equipment I had been prescribed and had used over the past six months. Therefore, equipment that didn't work out for me was included in my new prescription. Also, despite having updated my address with the clinic, my old address was used as a shipping address in my new prescription.

I did feel like C Pap was really pushed a the only option for all levels so apnea. Almost like you get a commission on selling it. Even if I had minor interference. Some information didn't make sense. Like when I said I could not breath through my nose , no corrective measures were suggested until I pushed for them. It was just c pap will fix it. But when I pointed It out It was just suggested I use a full face mask.
