Snow Peterson, DO

This visit was a referral to a specialist . The physician on this visit advised me that she had thoroughly reviewed my medical chart information.

She ended the video call without saying anything. Basically hung up on me. She told me that I need to go to a behavioral therapist so they can tell me the same thing as her. I don't even know if she upped my dose of medication since she ended the appointment without conclusion. I will not be going back to see her. I'll be finding a new sleep doctor.

There was poor rapport with the doctor.Appointment was rushed and unsatisfying.I have scientific background and ask many questions.Questions about new CPAP machine and provider and masks were poorly answered.

During my appointment, even though it was on a screen, it felt genuine, as if we were communicating eye to eye; but we were not! I felt valued and heard! My concerns were met with immediate (same say) action!

Dr. Peterson came on 15 minutes late and got right into it without commenting on being late for our appt. I felt she was officious and robotic until she warmed up closer to the end of our appt.

I didn't sense much concern. Maybe she was tired or having an off day.

Dr Peterson always listens to me. She's a great provider and I know she cares.

Doctor Snow Peterson is great

Dr. Peterson is very patient with me, and always provide someone to help speak for me since I can't speak very loud, and it's hard for someone to hear me. I would recommend her to anyone, and I don't say that lightly. I have great respect and trust in her abilities in helping me with my medical problems.

Peterson does not listen, she refuses to answer questions, she is out of touch with the reality others live as it is not as luxurious as hers, she is a signature, and It Is apparent that I am clearly wasting her time, instead of vice versa

She is well educated, and has great communication skills. She is concerned about the whole person. She made me feel good about myself.

Appeared in a hurry. Quickly ask questions then interrupt. I rarely spoke a complete sentence. No empathy. All business. Last visit she said I would not improve sleep until I controlled the pain. Returning, she never ask about my pain. Only about the drug she prescribed. It had not worked. That seemed to annoy her. ( it wasn't for pain relief) I will not see her again or recommend to others.

Doc has a very heavy workload in my opinion and yet I feel heard and cared for. This is a recurring theme with doctors. From Doc Weeks in his private practice to now with live and specialist I have felt genuinely cared about and confident in the care I receive
