Biografía
Shiveta Cherwoo, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life.
Originally from India, Dr. Cherwoo was inspired to pursue medicine after witnessing compassionate physicians helping refugees through uncertain times. She believes in building strong relationships with her patients based on trust, respect, and shared decision-making. Dr. Cherwoo offers a comprehensive range of services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and patient education.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Cherwoo serves as the Medical Director at her clinic and actively mentors residents and medical students through a family medicine residency training program.
Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, staying connected with friends, and watching dating and comedy shows to bring joy and balance into her life.
She is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and English.
