Seon Kyung Nam, MD

Dr. Seon Kyung (Kate) Nam is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurologist who is dedicated to making a difference in her patients’ lives through clinical excellence and compassionate care. She enjoys helping patients better understand their conditions and improve their quality of life.

Serving adults ages 18 and older, Dr. Nam treats a wide variety of neurological conditions with a special interest in headache, neuromuscular disorders, epilepsy, and movement disorders. She is skilled in a range of procedures, including electromyography (EMG), Botox injections for chronic migraine, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks for headache.

Born in South Korea, Dr. Nam grew up in San Diego and is fluent in Korean.
