Biografía
Sana Rezai, MD offers comprehensive care for the entire family, including preventative medicine, chronic disease management, well-child exams and minor urgent care procedures. He is also certified as a DOT examiner and offers drivers an easy solution for this required testing.
Growing up in the Thousand Oaks area, Dr. Rezai knew he wanted a career that married both his love for science and his love for service. After graduating from the University of California with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, Dr. Rezai received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Ill. He completed his residency in family medicine at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
Dr. Rezai chose to practice family medicine because he is passionate about caring for all ages and loves to serve as a resource for his patients and the community.
“My patients and I are on their healthcare journey together,” he says. “I want to empower them to take charge of their health and to support them as we learn together.”
A strong advocate of the development of technology to support the medical field, Dr. Rezai is currently also serving as a physician consultant for a digital application development company.
With his family living in Los Angeles, and his in-laws living in Hollister, Dr. Rezai and his wife, Elena, are right at home in the Central Valley community and close to family. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Rezai enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and playing music, board games and sports.

Primary reason I rated Doctor poor is he stated in my documents that I told him I preferred telephone visits over video visits. I have never told this doctor or any doctor that I prefer telephone visits over video visits. I have told them that I prefer video, over telephone as it lets the doctor view me and see what my condition looks like.

Gave Dr. Rezai two chances. One chance with my 2nd child and now with my third. He was horrible with both. Never really cares and he's always in and out so fast. Doesn't do a thorough check up. Will never recommend this dr or clinic

I did not feel he was listening. I also feel he gave me information that I later looked up and found to be wrong. He did offer to refer me to someone else with my questions, that he was not able to answer. I feel these quick appts just push doctors to do the minimum and move on to next patient.

El Dr. He is a person who attends very well and listens to your doubts and concerns about your health.
