Dr. Higgins always has the answer to quickly heal issues that have lasted weeks or even months before my appointment. Sometimes the issue itself can be embarrassing, but I feel very comfortable talking with Dr. Higgins and she is comfortable dealing with any issue.

Samantha was very warm and professional! In our conversation we discovered that we had family connections which was amazing. I'm so glad that we met and I feel very confident in her abilities to provide me the best care possible. I feel that she'll always have my best interest at heart, and will be able to help me live an even more healthier life into my twilight years.

Dr. Higgins is the one of the first providers that I have had that seems to listen to how I feel about what is going on with me. I have a lot of anxiety that is caused because I have received such horrible treatment with other providers, but Dr. Higgins is good about easing my fears. I feel cared for because I am listened to and have a say in my care.

I'm treated as a family member and not an obligation or their bread and butter. I'm treated VIP all the time.

Professional, courteous & caring

Dr. Higgins was very friendly, thoughtful, compassionate and attentive. I appreciated her quick action to do a pap smear without another office visit and to order the follow-up tests I needed. She also timely messaged me about my lab results which were available on the Adventist portal and the next steps for me to take. Having the results readily shared is great!

Doctor is always prepared to answer my questions. She has looked at questions that I submitted before the appointment and responds to them as well

The visit was about 10 minutes, cursory, cold and business like. For a primary care physician not to check my heart/lungs, ear, nose, throat, reflexes and even a cognitive test is unprecedented! On my previous visit there was a mention about getting a colonoscopy, this time the doctor didn't even bring it up. After I left the office I actually had to go back and remind the doctor whether I need a referral or whether I can make my own appointment for the procedure. She called me back into the exam room to discuss it!
