Dr. Ryland Stucke is a board-certified general surgeon. He finds his work rewarding when he can connect with patients to learn their unique journeys.
"I enjoy making a game plan that is tailored to a patient’s specific needs and seeing the outcomes of my patients after surgery," he says.
Following medical school at Oregon Health & Science University, Dr. Stucke completed his general surgical residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire, and a minimally invasive and bariatric surgery fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University.
Outside of work, Dr. Stucke enjoys running, road cycling, cooking and spending time with his family.

Dr. Stucke has always had and continues to have an exceptional bedside manner. He takes his time to explain things to me and even draws a sketch of the anatomy to show what he is explaining. Now that I'm 3 years out from my surgery, the possible cause of symptoms I continue to experience were explained to me by Dr. Stucke in a thoughtful and thorough way.
