Ryan Vaccarezza is a Nurse Practitioner who cares for patients at Adventist Health Physicians Network Medical Office Urology. Vaccarezza and the team of physicians help patients suffering from urinary incontinence, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, hernias, infertility, Peyronie’s disease, prostate cancer and other urological issues.
She has always had an interest in health and science, and practicing medicine allows her to find unique ways to help her patients feel well and live better. “I love the investigative side” says Vaccarezza, who enjoys digging into the science of how the body works in order to help a patient feel better. You get to do something that improves their quality of life, health status and help them live a longer, happier life. When you see that, it’s incredibly rewarding.”
Vaccarezza loves working with patients and looks forward to helping her patients feel healthy and like themselves again.

The after visit summary on the portal said twice that I said I was continuing to catheterize three times a day, when what I recall saying (twice) was that I was now catheterizing every one or two days. So she didn't listen carefully enough, or, if she drafted the summary before the meeting, neglected to correct It afterward.

I don't think I'm being heard . There is no diagnosis . I have to do research on my own . I already stopped drinking caffeine and soda , but I wish there was more of an interaction with Ryan so she can hear me out .
