Dr. Chan is an enormous help to me and my family. He is professional and courteous. I always feel listened to by Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan always gives me good information concerning my health and decisions that are needed. No doubt that I feel better when I leave than when I came in. I feel empowered to make good decisions by Dr Chan.

At this appointment I had a few questions for Dr. Chan, who took the time to explain the results of my recent surgery and answer my questions completely. For these reasons and experiences being a patient I would definitely recommend Dr. Chan to my family and friends when seeking a primary physician.

Dr . Chan always takes the time to explain everything to you. He listened to me and how I feel with no judgment, ran the correct tests and found my autoimmune disorder when other doctors dismissed my feelings and symptoms

I don't appreciate Dr. Chan's lack of listening to the patient and trusting that nobody knows my body better than I do. He is so set in the fact that medicine should be generic across the board and it really isn't like that. Every individual is different and he should listen better to what the patient is experiencing before making up his mind what should or shouldn't done.

I don't feel heard my Dr Chan. Sometimes I feel like I have to cut him off to get a word in and he questions what I am telling him. I told him I have gastroparesis and was diagnosed with hypoglycemia and he said, "Well there is no documented history of that so I need proof that you have that." Okay, I had a gastric emptying study done in 2004 so good luck getting those records. My blood sugar is erratic because I had steroid injections in my back but he had the nerve to ask me if I take recreational drugs. No, I am not a druggie, but he would know that if he listened to me explain my problem. I am not going back to Dr. Chan again.

Dr. Chan took his time to listen to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed.
