I felt like the doctor listened to me and was helpful. He explained that he felt I was dealing with a myocardia issue...explaining that this is swelling of the heart. He prescribed a steroid (prednisone and advair) to help reduce the swelling and asked that I follow up with family doctor in 1 week. I did follow up with her and she indicated that his notes did NOT reflect swelling of the heart muscle and that his notes reflected that I had asthma. I am very confused and wonder why his notes did not state what he stated to me during his exam of me.

Dr. Rafie is a great doctor who really cares about his patients.

Physician will not call with lab results, nor provide telehealth. I have to use a lot of leave to be seen as I work in another town. It would be nice to have flexible hybrid options. My appointments are usually 5-10 minutes maximum. I track my BP digitally and have records to provide that would allow some flexibility in appointments. The office is always prompt with short wait times. The physician listens to my concerns and provides clear directions. Overall, I am satisfied with the office.

Doctor is always very focused on what I'm saying and make sure I understand results and directions for my future.

Dr Rafie always seems to rushed and feel I rushed through. Dr doesn't spend enough quality listening time with the patient. Not the best experience on my last visit. I wish your company would allow drs to spend a little more time to listen to a patient.

I'm not familiar with this provider it was the first time seeing him. I know specialist are really busy and are double/triple booked most of the time so I wasn't expecting anything above and beyond.
