I only saw Dr Moon for literally 3 minutes. He felt my feet a few seconds. Made a remark about applying the compression socks, saying that I look limber enough to put them on. And no follow up needed. And then he just left. I had not even a chance to ask questions. So I was a bit confused and upset that I didn't get to talk or discuss anything with the doctor. So I left this appointment almost feeling worse than when I arrived. I'm already so very worried and upset about the condition of my lower legs and feet. I'm in so much pain and it's getting harder and harder for me to walk. I have almost no mobility in my knees and ankles because of the edema. I feel like my skin is stretching and everything feels tight. I am not limber at all and I have tried the stockings and they are very difficult to put on. And they don't really help me feel better at all. So, now I feel even more lost and confused. Is this the only treatment option for me??? I can't live the rest of my life disabled with this. Stockings aren't going to fix my problems. I just wish the doctor cared more and could have given me some more options and information to go forward with.

I received great care during my procedure. The only suggestion I would make is I would have loved to have been sent home with instructions for care for reference. It is hard to remember everything you are told to do or not to do after the stress of the procedure .
