Doctor was upset for arriving on time.

Doctor Ong always takes the time to go over my lab results. He discusses each particular test that was done, and explains where my levels are and what affects those levels.

Dr. Ong well he saved my life. He helped me get control of my health and set me on the right path. I could recommend him all day to anyone. He is what a doctor should be. He cares about his patients doesn't just treat them like a number.

Since the doctor does everything himself except book my next appt. And answer the phone, yes he does do a good job!

Provider did not listen to anything I had to say. Constantly cut me off as I was trying to explain my symptoms. Assumed what I was going to say during the entirety of my visit after rudely interrupting me, in which he was incorrect in his assumption. Unclear diagnoses. Provider not willing to answer my questions. Provider did not understand what I was asking and responded rudely to my questions. Very aggressive, unprofessional, terrible bedside manner. Would never recommend this physician.

I felt very unheard by this doctor. I'm young and knowledgeable about my overall health and felt that those factors were not taken into account with his recommendations and comments. I would have appreciated more specific instructions or at least acknowledgment that I am doing my best to manage my blood sugar. He did not ask about my typical diet or my recent weight loss success, and did not seem concerned or have any helpful recommendations to manage the fasting blood sugar.
