Natalie is great. Takes the time to review my concerns and makes sure I am confident in the care plan.

Never know what's getting tested for or results without pushing for information, and even it's a very quick summary. Frequently told they doing well, then not well the next visit with the same information, then well again after pushing for new testing. All with numbers that when looked up after appointment are considered acceptable and safe. Very confusing and stressful.

Don't want to see her again. This provider I told me she did one thing when I asked her, but did something different so I don't have trust for her now. also, I left three messages and two messages on the portal with no response now so you've got your really good about getting back to you

She was late for 45 minutes. When she came in, she had foods in her mouth. Not so professional at all. She wasn't caring. She wasn't kind. I had the worst visit ever.

I found this provider to be one of the worst providers I've ever encountered! She talked to me like I was a child that was in trouble! Questioned me very rudely and as if she was authoritative to me, I was absolutely blown away and was having trouble even answering her questions as I was consumed by anxiety! I'm strongly considering not going back to the health center for future care because that was such a terrible experience!
