I was nervous as thos appointment was to establish care. Meeting Dr Miller any nervousness went out the window. I felt heard and cared for.

Natalie took time with me and genuinely seemed interested in my health concerns.

Natalie had read my history, and she made recommendations. She also referred me to another department for routine care that was due.She listened to me while we talked and that alone was worth 5 stars!

I appreciate Natalie's approach to medicine. This felt like the first time in a long time that a provider took my concerns seriously and providing helpful resources that I can actually use. It felt very validating being listened to.

Really, really like Natalie Miller - she knows how to engage kids and make them feel safe and like the doctor's office is a fun place. She is kind, and genuine, and an incredible provider. She was recommended to us by friends in another state who used to live locally, and has fulfilled out expectations. Natalie is the reason we are still seeing Adventist for care.

All she talked about was wanting me to get a bunch of blood work. I don't have any problems (ie cancer) of my breasts, colon, etc. I'm not going on high blood pressure meds. I explained its white coat syndrome. I offered to take my BP every day for 2 weeks and send the results. She didn't even acknowledge my offer to do that. Instead, she refused to call in a prescription renewal for my Adderall which I've been on for years. I'm dealing with my ADHD without any Adderall.

Natalie is excellent and I'm so grateful she is my provider. She listed a medication that has been troublesome for me as an allergy and I have never felt so heard before. She LISTENED to me and I feel safe telling her about my problems and I've only seen her once! She is very attentive and so far has a fast turn around. I'm happy I made this move.

It has been so long since I have had a doctor that was not rushing through our appointment and barely looking up from the computer. Dr. Miller was kind, showed genuine interest in my answers, and put thought into what she recommended for treatment.
