Dr. Kim is amazing. Rather than focus on what she couldn't do, she stressed what she could do to help me and how I could help her do that. She is onne of the best dentists I have ever seen!

I really value the care here. I tried very hard to get in here and prioritize it accordingly. I don't want to go anywhere else! I moved and could not be more happy. My whole family is here now.

I always have a good experience

I had a piece of my tooth break off and it hurt to eat, drink, breath, or sleep. Nothing was done about the pain. I was told the next appointment I could get was 4 MONTHS away. So I guess I am supposed to be in pain for that long.

Dr Kim has seen me three times and always gives great advice and hears what I say.

During my dental exam the doctor would tell the woman at the computer teeth to check or mark using dental jargon that I did not understand. When she was done examining my teeth she said that I have one cavity on the bottom left side of my mouth that needs to be filled. From this information it was my understanding that I only had 1 cavity and everything else was fine. Come to find out when calling the office later after my appointment to try and find a sooner appointment or be put on the cancellation list, I was told I have 10 cavities. I felt disrespected by not only the staff for not providing me with the correct information when asked but also by the doctor for not taking the time to fully explain the status of my teeth and walk through the care plan with me. I also felt pressured into signing the care plan because the answers to my questions were in fact incorrect which I found out later on and was just kept on being told "this is at no charge to you" and " we just need you to sign this for insurance".

Dr Kim is the best dentist I have ever had. She is highly skilled, kind, and always answers any questions I have. She also has great assistants.
