Michelle Ashley is so kind & caring! She took extra time to listen to my troubles with a sympathetic ear!

My provider really needs to explain her plan better. I never know what medication she is putting me on or what labs she is ordering for me. Also, they are never ready for me at my appt time. I generally have to wait an additional 15-20 past my scheduled time to be pulled back and an additional 10 min to see the provider

Michelle Ashley is always caring and listens to everything I have to say. She's very professional. I really like her and hope she stays there

Michelle takes time with me, her patient and listens to what I am concerned with or have questions about. She is happy to answer any questions, provide additional details and take time. When I leave I feel as though the appointment was worth the cost and I've gained additional knowledge about myself and my body.

She talks easily and a lot. I felt that she may have not wanted to deal with my issue as too risky and gave me antibiotics only, barely looked at the abscess on my face which was very swollen, red and very painful. It got worse over the next 2 days. My pain was not addressed.

I drive over an hour just to see Michelle Ashley. Of course I could go to a closer clinic, (there's one 5 min away) but I drive the distance because of the care I receive from Michelle. PERIOD!
