Melissa Santillana is a certified midwife and nurse practitioner who specializes in comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services. She has been a midwife for 22 years, providing compassionate care and support for women through all stages of life, from adolescents to seniors. Her areas of expertise include common health conditions affecting women, annual exams, STD testing, birth control and pregnancy care, including deliveries and postpartum care.
Melissa’s first job was as an registered nurse in labor and delivery, where she knew she wanted to become a midwife. She loves taking care of her patients and provides each one with the best quality care.

Melissa as always was GREAT. Melissa is very compassionate and explained everything thoroughly about my results, what to do next, and made sure if I had any questions or concerns before leaving the room. I am very fortunate to have her as my OB/GYN, she is the BEST!

The provider didn't seem to care about wanting to figure out the root problem. Instead, she just told me to take meds to treat my symptoms.

After explaining muy concern on why I was visiting her that day she seemed like she didn't really care and she also made faces as if I was talking crazy non sense. I feel like she dismissed my concerns and didn't really try to keep me at ease.

Care provider and office staff didn't act as if they were In a rush with your care unlike previous care providers I have experienced. Was willing to listen to you with patience. Great care provider to have as a first time pregnancy experience!
