Certified family nurse practitioner Megan Skarpa, FNP-C, helps patients of all ages and backgrounds build healthier, more confident and empowered lives. Specializing in family medicine, she’s committed to creating a safe, welcoming space, listening without judgment, and meeting patients where they are.

Megan believes that knowledge is a powerful tool, and when people truly understand their bodies, health, and disease processes, they’re better equipped to make lasting, meaningful changes.

“I find great fulfillment in teaching, encouraging questions, and partnering with patients to take practical, healthy steps that can genuinely improve their quality of life,” she shares.

Along with personalized preventive care, Megan provides skilled chronic disease management and experienced treatment for acute illnesses.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking, reading, international traveling, skiing, and snowboarding. She and her partner live in Southeast Portland and have one dog, Sunny.
