Maria Gonzalez, NP

Maria Gonzalez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner passionate about supporting the well-being of her community.

Raised in Bakersfield, Maria is motivated to make a difference in the lives of her friends and neighbors. Knowing that her work can strengthen and uplift her community drives her passion for medicine.

She treats patients ages 2 and older, providing a range of care to keep entire families healthy. Maria practices a whole-person approach to care with an understanding that healing is not only achieved with medicine, but also through faith, hope and the inner strength we carry within ourselves.

Originally from Mexico, Maria is fluent in English and Spanish. When not caring for patients, she enjoys camping, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. Together, she and her husband have five children.
