There is a consistent pattern where I am kept waiting well past my scheduled appointment times. My most recent visit was concerning discomfort on my left side. I was disappointed to find that the necessary ultrasound was not ordered as discussed. This oversight required me to take the initiative to contact the imaging department myself after failing to hear from them.After the assessment, the doctor was walking out the door and I had to question if we were finished. There was no communication that our appointment had ended.
