This was the first time meeting NP Margaret O'Connor and I would greatly like to have her as my primary NP.

Margaret stated she had too many patients to see and didn't have time to look into my urgent referrals nor do anything additionally. She does not care about her patients. I cannot wait to get into a higher level of care. I cant eat!! Have lost almost 40 lbs unintentionally in 62 days. Urgent referral placed and I still have no call to schedule. I still have no appt and no help because nobody but my primary is listening to me.

NP O'Connor was terrific! At last I understood what happened to me December, 2025, plus what was going on BEFORE that when I felt lousy, was vomiting phlegm frequently, etc. I had no idea I had an ulcer, let alone that it was bleeding. She was so very helpful explaining things in a way I could fully understand.

I had a prior consult with Margaret and it was so good, that I could not understand why this one was so bad. She talked over me and seemed angry that I had questions. She seemed almost determined to make the e-visit a bad experience.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/7/2025
Very accommodating and helpful knowledgeable

Margret O'Connor spoke in medical terms that meant absolutely nothing to me. When I would ask for clarification she would tell me to wait until she was done with her report. By the end of her report I didn't know what to ask because I had no understanding of what she said. Plus her presentation and domineer where that of a High School Principle scolding a student.
