Dr Bik goes above and beyond to care for her patients wellbeing.

Basic issues are the only ones addressed with basic formulaic treatment suggestions. Care seems based on assumptions with an effort to fit me into "boxes" based on age. As much as we're all alike we are also that different. It would be helpful for real issues of concern as presented to be addressed.

Dr Bik has always been very attentive and on top of things with the care that she provides. It's a shame that I am losing her for my primary care due to changes with CCPN. She's the best that I've had and a real asset for Adventist Health.

She gave me time but only addressed my request for PT on my neck b/c I asked in person..though I ve communicated this through my portal twice in 6 weeks.

Dr Bik Is a VERY "Low Talker" & I am some what hearing-impaired. We've discussed but it really hasn't improved much. My daughter has trouble hearing Dr Bik also. My daughter is NOT hearing impaired!

Dr. Bik is thorough and spends time to understand what's going on and to take an assessment of what changes to make.

She didn't seem to hear my concerns. Blamed my symptoms on me smoking weed to sleep. I've been complaining about my life long sleep issues for a lifetime and smoking weed to sleep only for the past 7 years.
