NP listen to everything I had to say and respond to my needs

She is always thorough in asking and answering questions about my health.

Upsetting I have told her time and time again I have gone through menopause and I haven't had a period in years! My labs show I'm post menopause and I guess those are just not checked at every appt I have!

She listened carefully and answered all my questions.

She listens to me and hears me.

Lisa is exceptional in her ability to listen well, relate, and to be thorough and helpful!

Seemed to have an agenda didn't seem to want to hear my concerns or questions I was persistent

NP and the conversation started with "We are not giving much time, what is your main concern". No what you want to hear when you have waited over 60 days for an appointment and just come out of the hospital with congestive heart failure.
