Very informative and knowledgeable. Friendly and listens well.

I felt very well taken care of. She listened, we visited and discussed and I was very comfortable with her suggestion and answers to my questions.

I followed Sara Li to this location as she provides excellent support

Provider was very rushed and clearly irritated at any questions I asked as well as not being able to clearly communicate with me. She was so rushed that she made it a point to tell me how she didn't have any time other than the few moments I was sitting with her to discuss anything but mainly my application for paid leave. She misunderstood what I was asking her, when I asked how long she would recommend me being out of work for she immediately assumed I was asking how much time she had to fill out the paperwork that I brought with me for said paid leave, and said "the only time I have is right now." I understand being busy and overbooked as I was very grateful that she was able to fit me in at all on somewhat short notice but I left the office thinking that I would not want to go back to see her again if every appointment was going to be so rushed and seemingly not taken serious

I was not pleased at all. She seemed to not really want to help..

Excellent in listening and finding options

She was very personable and answered all my questions. I was particularly happy that she got my lab work done at the time of my appointment rather than having me come back.

Not a fan of this provider. She was very curt and borderline rude. Made me feel like I was a pill seeker for asking to continue the medications I've been taking for years

My care provider was excellent. I came in with a rather long list of questions or requests since I had not been able to see a PCP for a year. Sarah Li was wonderful at handling all of my questions and concerns.

Very pleasant demeanor and very helpful. I do feel a bit rushed at my appointments. Sometimes not all of my concerns are addressed because of time constraints but overall I am pleased.

Some test results were not explained very well then told if things worsen next year we will discuss with specialist not talk of what I can do to prevent worsening of results

I had a good appointment with Li (PA). This is my first time receiving care from a PA. She seems very knowledgeable.

My PCP Dr. Li is wonderful, and I'm very happy with her.
