Liberty Fordham, FNP-C, an Air Force veteran, provides exceptional patient care with a personalized approach to her family medicine patients. She is board-certified and specializes in preventative medicine, wellness exams, women’s health, and chronic disease management.
Fordham received her nursing education from California State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson, California. She received her degree as a family nurse practitioner from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.
In her spare time, Fordham enjoys running, cycling and cooking. She is married with two children and loves spending time with her family and has a conure parakeet and two golden retrievers.
