Dr. Flath listened fully and completely - for the first time in my life I felt genuinely heard. She coordinated multiple specialists, referrals, and imaging simultaneously and with real urgency. She explained everything clearly, expressed appropriate concern, and made sure I understood each step and why. Without hesitation I would recommend her to anyone navigating complex medical care. She is the doctor everyone deserves and very few people find.

Laura always listens and genuinely cares. She never seems rushed. As we are finishing up she always asks if there is anything else. I really appreciate how she makes an effort to remember and ask about personal things about my life outside of the medical issues we discuss.
