Biografía
Using advanced minimally invasive and surgical reconstruction procedures, Dr. Mack cares for patients with complex and chronic diseases of the arteries, veins and lymphatic system. He treats conditions such as aneurisms, deep vein thrombosis, atherosclerosis, and carotid and peripheral artery disease. Areas of particular interest include endovascular repair of thoracic and abdominal aorta; open repair of abdominal aorta; and brachiocephalic arterial repair.
One condition Dr. Mack often sees is arterial blockage, which many patients are unaware of until they begin to experience symptoms ranging from extreme leg pain to complete loss of circulation. Many of these blockages can be treated using minimally invasive techniques such as angioplasty and stents, while more severe disease may require bypass surgery.
The health and comfort of his patients is Dr. Mack’s top priority, and he finds the best surgical solution to ease discomfort and restore quality of life. He also develops treatment plans to support lifestyle changes that may have contributed to a patient’s condition and then monitors progress as changes are incorporated.
Dr. Mack is a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery and Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society. Previously, he served as a member of the board of directors of the Tulare County Medical Society. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals and electronic medical publications.
