I had a disappointing first experience with my provider where I did not feel listened to and felt that assumptions were made, but each since has actually been great. Kristen has asked open-ended questions and listened to answers, has given feedback, and asked about my priorities- I assume that she was having a bad day during our first appointment, and am happy with her support/have referred my husband to her also.
