Kim Kittell is very knowable and professional. Kim is a joy to work with as she listens and is proactive when it comes to concerns.

Appt was for 11:40 for 20 minutes. Provider had a noon meeting and had to leave earlier so I felt my time was cut short.

Very thorough,welcoming and made me feel that I mattered. My voice was heard and options provided. This is my first meeting and I connected.

Kim is friendly, relaxed, and attentive. The session is never rushed or pressured. She takes a very comprehensive approach to my health and discusses issues I would never consider. It feels like she actually CARES about me and my health, not just mindlessly checking off boxes.

She might been having a bad day, it happens for many reasons. But the way you handle it, and the way you talk towards a patient matters. I came in looking to be put on HRT. Not be talked down to as why I stop taking a medication. I understand that HRT was not in their knowledge base. Cool that's find just give me a referral to someone who does. Don't go on a lecture about the meds I didn't come in for and told you I was not interested in. Then get pissy with me when I shut down. And call me a liar, even tho I point out thing they forgot about. In pass meeting I have tried to talk about issues and have been shot down. I told them that my blood iron drops down to 3 and they have dismissed me. My laps came in yesterday and my blood iron is at 3.4 . But all my problems are high blood sugar from what they say. At this point I'll wait until I have to go in to the ER. Like last when no one believed me. And I had to have emergency surgery to remove a 4 cm cyst from my tube that was wrapped around it. But if you asked the doctor I was just fat. So I will find was to just get by so I can live my life some what. Until I can't handle any more and go to someone that will help me. And when I request the notes to take to another doctor I was given blank sheet and then was told the doctor dose not have time to do them. I will have to come back another day. Even though they we sat in awkward silence as they type aggressively for extended periods of time.

I think I already let my opinion be known. I love having Kim as my health care provider.

Kim listens and I trust her opinion and expertise in any situation.
