Biografía
Kerry Cromwell, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing care post hospitalization or emergency room visit to patients with complex and chronic illness such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure and more.
Ms. Cromwell is an advocate of team-based care and works with physicians, specialists, pharmacists, dieticians and chaplains to provide treatment addressing patients’ physical needs while also respecting their emotional and spiritual needs. For nearly 20 years, her focus is on seeing each patient as a whole being and caring for them in their entirety.
Cromwell knew she wanted to be a nurse in elementary school and even became a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in high school. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas – Arlington and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Fresno State University. She is certified (FNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Kerry Cromwell is a wonderful person, she goes above and beyond her line of duty to understand and to make sure the patient understands what the next step is in as far as treatments and medications and she makes you feel very welcome and she will do whatever it takes to make you understand the procedures and your medication. I look forward to going in and seeing her each and every time. And if you need anything all you have to do is call and she will either answer your call at that time or she will call you back in a timely matter. I feel as she deserves a raise haha
