Biografía
Saving lives and improving patients’ quality of life motivates Judd Salamat, DO, to offer his best work every day with every patient. He enjoys interacting directly with patients and helping them on their healing journeys.
As an interventional cardiologist, Dr. Salamat is a heart specialist with additional training to use minimally invasive methods to treat heart and vascular diseases. One example of interventional cardiology is cardiac catheterization, where the doctor inserts a long tube through a blood vessel and threads it up to the heart to either view or fix a problem. Dr. Salamat performs multiple procedures for the heart and vasculature using this method.
Dr. Salamat earned his medical degree at the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency training in Internal Medicine at PCOM in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he served as chief resident. His fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology were at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, New Jersey.
Tennessee-born and raised, Dr. Salamat enjoys hiking, travelling, following college football and spending time with his family, which includes two cats and two dogs. He is also learning to ski and snowboard.

Dr Salamat was prepared having studied previous test reports , provided best statin prescription and ordered an angiogramI hope it can be done sooner than 4 months, and would be good if Dr. Salamat could do it, but ok if a similar cardiologist has a time open.
