Biografía
As an interventional cardiologist, Joshua Roark, MD, is a heart specialist with additional training in using catheters (thin tubes) to make diagnoses and treat conditions pertaining to the heart. Examples include balloon angioplasty and stent implantation, among others.
Dr. Roark earned his medical degree at the University of Mississippi in Jackson. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He also completed his fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the University of North Carolina.
Dr. Roark enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

The doctor is always cheerful and interested in me as a person. He has obviously reviewed my chart before coming in and is pleased with the progress I've made, making suggestions and giving options. He encourages questions and answers even the difficult questions to my satisfaction.

Dr Roark always smiles and is very approachable. He listens to my comments with genuine interest and answers all my questions thoroughly. He is easy to communicate with and encourages my own participation in my health care. He is pleased with my successes and makes suggestions for my challenges. He truly does want me to be as healthy as I can be at age 75. Kudos to Dr Roark!
