He was very friendly and responsive to my questions.

My son-in-law who brought me was very impressed with Dr. Benton and hopes to have him as his primary doctor.

My visit summary is always general advice and doesn't reflect our conversation. Example: I told him I'm exercising 18 hours a week and summary says I need to excercise 3 to 4 times each week.

My experience with Dr. Benton has been very poor and I would not recommend him. He listens to respond instead of listening to hear. He is condescending and talks over you.The office was running late, that stuff happens. But once I was finally seen 45 minutes after my scheduled visit I could tell he was rushed and wanted to move on. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. I came for two things and he completely ignored my second item. Instead of addressing my concerns he dotted his T's of the necessary exams basics, like smoking census and left the room to never returned.I was not there for help to quit smoking. I had a plan and had already gone down by half my normal use. I told him I was using knitting to help keep my hands busy instead of smoking. He laughed and asked how many sweaters I had made. I found that to completely rude. He never once asked if that worked for me or what I was making. He turned my progress into a joke.When he left the room he wasnt clear that he was done with my visit so when the nurse entered the room I asked about my second item and she looked confused and said he was in another room already. I'd have to wait longer to have him return.It also seems to me that he used his online scribe so that he doesnt have to pay attention to what the patient is actually saying.

Dr. Benton, Was Very attentive as usual. Very eager to help an in fact gave me some chiropractic care that was a little bit helpful but did not alleviate the issue going on.

Understanding my needs and fulfilling them

Dr. Benton asked many pertinent questions that recognized my persistent headache as multidimensional. He answered all my questions.

Dr. Benton takes excellent care of me and I could not ask for a better Doctor, thank you for your complete attention at my appointments.

As the newest of the staff, he was the best of all the doctors my husband an I had. We would've switched Doctor offices years ago if there was one closer that accepted my husband's insurance.

Elderly female presents with extensive insomnia. Sometimes unable to sleep for 2 or 3 days. Then sleep 14hrs. His immediate diagnosis? Oh you're just bipolar. Proceeding to explain the reasons I was bipolar.Barring the discussion the common occurrence of aging people developing insomnia, which I bought up. Of course, that ha no bearing with him. He just sad it had to be bi polar.I'm 65 yrs. I am not bipolar. Neither is anyone in my family. I fear this guy is going to get me misdiagnosed and labed as crazy.

I was disappointed when my prior doctor decided to leave the area. I didn't think I could find anyone to fill her shoes. But.....Dr. Benton is wonderful. I have seen him twice now and spoke to him once by phone. He is very personable, listens and explains everything very well. I do not feel like he is rushed to get the appointment over with and go on to the next patient. I am very happy with his care.

Dr Benton was wonderful. I was able to get all my questions answered without feeling rushed. The appointment was a lengthy one since it was a new patient visit.

My PCP was out of the office but Dr. Benton did a wonderful job in her place!

Dr. Benton is very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to and addressed my concerns. And even though the news was not what I wanted to hear, the way Dr. Benton discussed it with me, made me feel good about the care plan, and confident about a good outcome.

Benton is very attentive, cares, took the time to check and manipulate my leg and foot in an attempt to relieve pressure on the nerve responsible for the pain. Also gave me a few exercises to get my foot working properly again.
