Joel M Asunto, MD

Dr. Joel M. Asunto is a board-certified family medicine physician passionate about bringing patient-centered care and holistic wellness to his community.

His desire to bring healthcare to underserved communities inspired his pursuit of medicine.

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Asunto treats patients of all ages and routinely treats UTIs, pneumonia, heart and skin diseases. He provides a range of preventive care options and specializes in women’s health.

He loves that his work allows him to take part in providing care for those who are sick.

Originally from the Philippines, he is fluent in English and Tagalog.

In his leisure, he enjoys music, traveling, pickleball, billiards and table tennis. He is married to his wife, Donna, a local nurse. Together, they have two children.
