I really liked the doctor I saw (Jemely Villegas), and I want to keep seeing her. She listens to the patient and seems to consider long-term care. I would absolutely recommend her. However, I was told that even I will not be allowed to continue seeing her, which is very frustrating to me. Thus, I cannot recommend her to others, because I can't even see her myself.

This Nurse Practitioner is Amazing!! She takes time with you and is very genuine in her care and compassion in helping you. She gives good recommendations and follows up afterward to see your progress. I've seen her about 3 times over the past year and each time she gives exceptional service! I highly recommend her!

I have recommended my PA to others.

The provider listened to me as I spoke to them but upon review of the visit documentation - none of the plan of care was discussed. I question if my online record belongs to someone else. Example - note states advised to lose weight - my current BMI is at the lower end of normal. Advised to cease smoking - I haven't touched a cigarette in 50 years. Advised to increase level of activity - I exercise a minimum of three hours a day. It was a HUGE disconnect of my in person communication with the provider and what was documented. The provider did state I looked much younger than my online photo. I think my EHR is someone besides me. To fix this or file a complaint would involve time that I don't want to spend - thus I'll probably go to a concierge provider.
