I was in there for a postpartum depression visit,( per therapist Diagnosis )The provider walked in and stated "You're already seeing a behavioral health therapist and now what medication do you want" lexapro, Zoloft?" First things out of his mouth, didn't even introduce himself. Or ask me anything about how I wa feeling. He was rude, stated that I needed to see a psychologist to determine whether I was crazy or not. When I was not in there for being "crazy". After being told that my therapist also would not be able to assist me with my problem. He stated that I need to be referred to a psychologist, laughed and said that wouldn't be for another 3 to 6 months, but that he would refer me. Today I received a phone call. He basically referred me to behavioral health, where I was already seeing a therapist. He did not refer me to psychologist. Literally cried after he walked out of the room. I feel he was unprofessional and insensitive. He basically gave me a prescription, laughed at me and told me he was gonna send me a referral to psychologist then sent me on my way

He is THE BEST care provider for my infant child he is interactive and very knowledgeable!

I was trying to get some answers but Pigford was halfway through out the door., saying anything else. I was like, you didn't even listen to me carefully what else you want me to ask you. This is not the first time it happened. He used to be very good but now is he is always in hurry., doesn't listen to patients. I don't like him, not satisfied. I will change my doctor.

The provider was amazing, attentive, interacted, and overall I feel like he cares for his patients

My daughter had her appointment with Jean and she loves him! He's very nice and playful. My daughter says Jean is her favorite provider!!
