After being eager to take care of a follow up, long over due, the first sentence that came out of Janel Ojeda , was : Hello, next time your late I will not see you, I only have 4 mins so let's continue. I told her I was on time, and she said no it's 8:40 your appointment was at 8:15 well I was here at 8:15 . I was in waiting room and in patient room waiting on her. Even trying to explain she shut me down . I felt uncomfortable at this point she brought down my whole mood. I just wanted to shut down . Mind you I'm in a gown , ready for this physical. I just wanted to leave . This provider totally ruined my morning and visit. No provider should make anyone feel this way.
