Dr Borden is the ultimate professional at managing patient care. He recognizes when I need to see a specialist, explains my options and promptly refers me. Being a patient with multiple health-care issues, I'm so grateful that I have Dr Borden directing and managing my care.

Bad attitude, won't listen, stubborn

Dr. Borden was pleasant and professional. He listened and responded appropriately. He was thorough and genuine.

Dr. Borden is fantastic. I've known him for years, even in Portland, and so glad he has come to Tillamook.

Dr. Borden most likely saved my life with the proper heart medicine at the proper time, he now has relieved major pain, again with the proper medicine at the proper time. Can't say enough about his professional abilities and attitude.

James Borden didn't seem to have the time to talk to me and indicated he didn't care much about the reason I was there.

Dr Borden always takes the time needed to really hear about what I have going on and I feel like he really cares. He understands my medical issues and is the best director of my medical care. I utilize many specialists. Dr Borden makes my medical care cohesive.

On time. On task All I ask

The Doctor was in a hurry and became irritated when I asked him to speak up so I could hear him. He asked why I didn't have hearing aids. That is personal so I just said "because I don't want to". His reply was, so you put the burden on everybody else. I found that rude and insulting. If he wants to pay for them, I will try them. When I asked him to check my meds to see if he needed to extend the refills. I was informed that was not his job. That was for me to check and let him know.

I felt heard and cared for. There was enough time for the appointment; I didn't feel rushed

This was to establish care with Dr Borden. He did listen had reviewed med records. He listened well.

Dr. Borden was both professional and personable. He was very thorough in the review of my medical history. I look forward to him being my new Primary Care Doctor

We had to stop a conversation but we restarted it again later but without a feeling of the doctor expressing impatience. It was positive.
