Holly J Chandler, NP

Holly Chandler, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner with expertise in occupational medicine and primary care. She treats patients of all ages with acute and chronic health concerns such as hypertension, asthma, COPD, and common bone and joint disorders. Holly brings more than 15 years of experience to her practice and focuses on each patient’s goals for wellness and longevity.

Since childhood, Holly has had two passions: music and medical care. She began her career as a medical assistant, working her way up to family nurse practitioner in 2009. Today, Holly says she couldn’t imagine doing anything else. “For every patient who walks through my doors, I pray I offer skill, knowledge, and good counsel,” she says.

Born in Escalon, and having cared for the Groveland community before, Holly is excited to be back home in the Mother Lode. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, singing, and performing in the group the Pine Cone Performers. She stays active with hiking, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with her husband, five children, and grandchildren.
