From pediatric to geriatric patients, board-certified family nurse practitioner Helen Linnea Monnens, FNP-C provides compassionate, comprehensive primary medical care. Her goal is to build trust and rapport by listening to patient concerns, advocating for wellness, and educating them about acute and chronic health issues.
In addition to providing preventive care, such as wellness checks, physicals, health counseling and more, she also treats patients with chronic and complex conditions, including obesity, hypertension and depression. Whatever their situation, patients can expect her to journey with them throughout diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
