Heather Peurano Robbins, PA-C

Physician associate Heather Robbins loves working in medicine as a way to help people. At Adventist Health Portland, she works in general surgery. This is the surgical area that includes operations for appendicitis, hernias, gallbladder and other conditions.  Robbins earned her master’s degree in Physician Associate Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. In her current role, she works in the operating room and the hospital units. She enjoys working in general surgery because often the operations can resolve patients’ issues. Seeing patients recover and go home feeling better gives Robbins joy. Creating new recipes is Robbins’ hobby. She loves to bake and cook, and she writes a food blog. Robbins speaks Spanish in addition to English
