Biografía
Sonia Kaur, FNP, provides care for such conditions as upper respiratory tract infections, hypertension, arthritis, diabetes, depression and anxiety. She is a strong advocate of preventive care and looks forward to helping individuals develop healthy habits for an optimal quality of life.
Sonia has always felt a strong calling to medicine. She had this to say about what motivates her, “I practice medicine out of a genuine sincerity and ambition to help others. I delivered my son three months ago and I had the most compassionate medical team taking care of me and my family. It inspired me to work harder as nurse practitioner.”
It was at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she earned her Master of Science and became a family nurse practitioner. Prior to that, she studied nursing in Bakersfield, California earning both a Bachelor of Science and Associate of Science in Nursing.
In her free time, Sonia looks forward to being with her family. She enjoys traveling, reading and watching movies. She is married and has a son.
