Giseli Moreno Nazmi, CNM

Certified nurse midwife Giseli Nazmi believes being a midwife is her calling and considers it a privilege to walk alongside women during some of the most transformative moments of their lives.

Giseli helps females ages 12 and older with guidance about sexuality and reproduction, contraception, family planning, well-woman care, adolescent care, labor and delivery, prenatal and postpartum care, screening for sexually transmitted infections and treatment for irregular menstrual cycles. She is also trained as a surgical first assistant for cesarean section.

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Giseli moved to the U.S. in 2008. Her family includes her spouse, their two children and two cats. Giseli enjoys cooking, running, listening to music, spending time with family and friends and helping others. In addition to English, she speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
