He understood that I couldn't hear some things about this one particular procedure, so I asked for a written note, for me to read it and put it in my language I can understand it, it was very good and precise ly, I think it was just great for me to read.

Explained the problem well

The doctor made his evaluation before I finished explaining all the symptoms, circumstances, and history. I didn't feel he was very thorough in the examination, but instead rather quickly lumped it into a generalized condition.

Dr. Kraemer is very good at listening and treating the patient. His attention to detail gave me my life back. I can walk!!

Dr. Kraemer was amazing, I can not put into words how truly grateful I am, he has given me hope that I can live a life that is less painful. Dr Kraemer is one of the few doctors I've been to who has really listened and asked so many questions before he made a diagnosis. Most diagnose you before they hear everything.

He described exactly the kind of fracture I have and details of needed surgery

He jumped to a conclusion in less than a minute and before all of the symptoms had been conveyed. However, he was just as quick to listen to my additional Information and change his diagnosis.

Upon entering the exam room, the physician asked me to remind him why I was there. He clearly had not reviewed my record beforehand. Then he ventured a guess about my complaint. During the visit, he repeatedly cut me off and did not seem to be listening to me.
