Biografía
Firooz Amjadi, MD, is a board certified spine surgeon at the Adventist Health Physicians Network Chester Avenue Office in downtown Bakersfield. He specializes in minimally invasive spinal surgery.
Dr. Amjadi obtained his medical training from the UCLA School of Medicine. He went on to complete a residency at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation and an additional fellowship in neurosurgery and orthopedic spine surgery at Cedars-Sinai in Southern California. Utilizing cutting edge techniques such as minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Amjadi helps reduce pain and recovery while improving functionality for his patients.
Dr. Amjadi has two engineering degrees and enjoys various design projects in his free time. He loves the outdoors and enjoys cycling and hiking as well as nature photography.

The doctor listened to everything I had to say very carefully, and also told me everything he felt needs to be done, and what needs to be done and what I myself needed to do in order to get surgery. Very good and respectful doctor

Doctor listened and evaluated my condition. Suggested several paths forward, none of which would allow me to play golf. He suggested I take up another activity like walking, etc. Setup epidural injections believing it might be beneficial.

Dr. Amjadi, was extremely attentive to my concerns & issues. Explained clearly where I could understand. Most importantly he believed me about my pain. It has taken me multiple years & attempts with different doctors to explain my pain and them to believe me that my pain never stopped.
