Desiree Jayne Jayne Leal, FNP

Desiree brings more than 13 years of healthcare experience to the community. She was drawn to healthcare at an early age, and it was her childhood dream to have a career in the medical field. Now, as a practitioner, she cares for patients infant age and older. She enjoys providing pediatric care and wellness visits, as well as caring for expecting mothers to help with optimal health during pregnancy. She also provides disease prevention, treatment of disease and health maintenance for all ages.
"I love to provide holistic care physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually to improve my patient's health and prevent diseases," says Desiree.
When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with her husband and children.
